Sunny Day.
Jan. 5th, 2009 02:23 amIn several hours, I board a plane to go back to California and get super busy after a couple of weeks of sitting around Ohio eating lots and lots of unhealthy but delicious foods and spending money on expensive gifts for my family because I love them and I feel like the only one that's doing okay financially, and I want to do good stuff while I can, because who knows when I might be fired and forced to move back here or something.
I assume that once I get back there, I'll remember that this LJ exists more often.
Say what you will about the gyrating mannequin models all over this video, I've always loved this song because it employs vocabulary in a groovy way. Plus, the song itself is about a woman playing Robert Palmer like a fiddle and turning his life into a wild sex party, so the visual stimulus overload is actually thematic.
